Jeff was wonderful! He was very personable and went through things as he was inspecting and went over his concerns right after. Jeff got the report to us the next day. The report was helpful as it had pictures and details of the concern, why it’s a concern, and what can be done to fix it!

I had Jeff come and do the initial inspection of the house. He checked things I never would have thought of. He's a down to earth guy. His prices are fair or even low for how much work he does. After a mold remediation company came in and another inspector passed there work. I didn't trust anyone but Jeff. I called him in and found clearly visible mold that the other guy was to lazy to find or he was in bed with the remediation company. One thing is for sure. Jeff looks out for you. He's not out to make the realtor agents happy and push through sales. He's got your back as the potential buyer in mind. 100% I'm going to use him again when I find a place. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff was great! He found mold in the attic and since he's licensed he was able to write up a report that we presented to the sellers and the sellers hired a company to remediate the attic. Jeff went back twice to reinspect the work and make sure everything is done upto standards. Jeff was very professional and extremely thorough. Jeff was very thorough in his inspection, the inspection was 2.5 hours. He took his time and made sure to check everything, even items you might not think to check, like the temperature of the hot water or anti-tip bracket on the stove. Additionally, Jeff answered any questions we had. The inspection report was very detailed, and we received it within 24 hours. We are very pleased and recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
